Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, former Nigerian Head of State, has reportedly vowed not to campaign for his incumbent counterpart, Goodluck Jonathan.
This is coming after the purported discord between the two leaders of the ruling People’s Democratic Party, PDP which has pitched them against each other.
Reports have it that the outburst by the Industrial farmer is an attempt to oust the president in the Febuary 2015 presidential polls.
According to reports from Leadership, Chief Obasanjo would instead, back governor Sule Lamido of Jigawa State to challenge the president at the primaries, and, if that fails, he is said to have perfected plans to support the presidential aspiration of Kano State governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso under the platform of the opposition All Progressives Congress, APC.
